INTERVALE Senior Services
Since 1986, Intervale Senior Services Program has helped the YWCA of San Gabriel Valley reach out and embrace the aging members of the community with compassion and support and we are able to serve nutritiously balanced meals to over 1,500 seniors every day. Read More about Intervale>> |

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT The YWCA San Gabriel Valley offers women and girls many unique opportunities to develop and enhance their leadership skills: serving on a Committee, the Board of Directors, direct volunteer service in a YWCA Program as well as in-service training, workshops and seminars. |
 Every nine seconds a woman is abused, every day seniors live in poverty, and every day children are not adequately cared for and go to sleep unloved. “WHY ARE WE STILL HAVING THIS CONVERSATION.” Before you can ask yourself this question another woman or child is abused and seniors are hungry and in need of help. Through your contribution, the YWCA San Gabriel Valley will continue to shelter women and their children in a safe environment surrounded by caring professionals. Through your contribution, seniors will have nutritious meals and assistance to resolve urgent care needs. Through your contribution, we will advocate, train and support the leadership development of women and girls.
