DESCRIPTION:YWCA San Gabriel Valley and Pacific Clinics have partnered to host Breaking Barriers: A Youth Mental Health and Self Care Conference! \n \n\n\n\nThis conference highlights the importance of youth wellness and self-care in today’s world. This was created for teens\, educators\, clinicians\, parents\, and caregivers. We want to provide a safe space to break down barriers and stigma around mental health. Together\, we’ll engage in open conversations on how adults can best support young people both at school and at home\, while empowering teens with tools for resilience and self-care.
